Meet Pat Kozma, Our Membership Appreciation Event Chairman
Pat Kozma, the dedicated Membership Appreciation Event Chairman for the Lake Oconee Area Builders Association, leads the annual event that gives members exactly what the name promises: a chance to feel appreciated.
As a builder for Greene County Habitat for Humanity and a six-year Greensboro resident, Kozma brings a unique perspective to his LOABA leadership role, serving the association as both an associate member and a builder member.
For Kozma, the Membership Appreciation Event is about more than a single evening on the calendar. It is an opportunity to give members the kind of unhurried, genuine connection that drives everything LOABA stands for. The feedback from this year's attendees reflected that intention.
"Members told me this event was a wonderful opportunity to network with fellow members in a relaxed atmosphere and not feel rushed," he said.
Kozma's work with LOABA extends beyond event chairmanship. He also serves as the association's Treasurer/Secretary and recently earned his Georgia Builder's License, a milestone he credits in part to the support of LOABA Executive Officer Wendy Daniel.
His goal across all roles is consistent: to bring members together and show them how the association can help them grow their businesses and strengthen their ties to the community.
"I bring the unique experience of being both an associate member and a builder member," he said. "How our association can help you grow your business, help with connecting with our community."
Thank you, Pat, for your leadership and for all the work that goes into making the Membership Appreciation Event a meaningful experience for our members.
