About

RS Whitaker Design is a residential design company that provides design and plans for

additions, renovations, and new construction. We use a 3D CAD based program for

visualization and have a relatively quick turnaround on our projects.

We are honored that we are the recipients of a 2023 Grand ARDA award (American

Residential Design Award), members of the American Institute of Building Design and Ray

is a Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD).

Ray Whitaker studied architecture in college, has had a 30+ year career in high end

residential building, including being owner of a design build construction company and

management positions in two of the best building companies in the Atlanta area.
