Saving Heroes Money is Our Way to Say, “Thank You for Your Service.”

Shortly after 9/11, Homes for Heroes, Inc. was established to give back to firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, military (active, reserves & veterans), healthcare professionals and teachers for all they do.

Homes for Heroes, Inc. is the largest nationwide organization made up of affiliate real estate, mortgage, and local business specialists like title companies and home inspectors; committed to providing easy ways for heroes to save on a home.

When a hero works with a real estate specialist (Angel Curry), they receive a Hero Rewards® check after closing on their home, whether selling or buying to receive rewards money. The dollar amount is based on 0.7% of the home purchase price and comes from the realtor’s gross commission after closing, and Homes for Heroes sends the hero a check. The hero can also save money by working with any local mortgage specialist with average savings up to $500, title company specialists’ reduction fees average $150, and home inspector specialists with average savings of $50.

Homes for Heroes, Inc. also donates to the Homes for Heroes Foundation by giving to national and local nonprofits in communities who need additional assistance.
