Keystone Land Surveying is a family-owned, veteran-owned surveying firm, proudly serving builders, developers, contractors, and property owners throughout Georgia and the Southeast. Our dedicated Builder Services division is our largest team, specializing in the unique surveying and staking needs of residential construction. From large-scale subdivisions and production homebuilders to individual custom homes, we provide comprehensive surveying solutions throughout the entire building process. Services include boundary and topographic surveys, lot fits, house location plans, micro grading, construction staking, foundation surveys, as-builts, final surveys and more.

With 10 field crews and an experienced in-house CAD team, we have the capacity to support entire communities while delivering the attention to detail that individual custom homes demand. Our micro grading services can also help builders identify grading discrepancies early, improve drainage planning, and potentially reduce unnecessary earthwork costs.
